Summary: This was my second stay at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel grounds are well-maintained, and the pool is always clean—a great place to relax. The staff is generally attentive, though not all waiters understand English, which occasionally led to minor communication difficulties. I would especially like to highlight Theodor, who provided excellent service and made my stay even more enjoyable. However, there was one downside—loud music was played at 8 AM, when many guests were still resting. This was quite disruptive and could be improved for a better guest experience. Despite this, I would still consider staying here again and would recommend the hotel to others looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Summary: This property is the cleanest property I have stayed in in Addis Ababa. The hotel staff are always ready to assure comfort and the rooms are very comfortable, no stuffy carpets, crisp white linen and freshness. Unbelievably clean for a hotel in Addis. I strongly recommend it any day.
